90 g Coco Mama Coconut Cream
45 g Pineapple juice, unsweetened
7.5 g Birch Tree Full Cream Milk Powder (brand assumed, verify)
37.5 g Corn syrup
240 g Ice (1 cup)
5 g Calamansi juice
Procedure

How to cook it.

  1. Rim the glass

    Rim glass with syrup and desiccated coconut.

  2. Char the pineapple

    Grill, torch, smoke or broil the pineapple, cut into chunks if needed.

  3. Blend until smooth

    Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

  4. Pour and garnish

    Pour into the desiccated coconut rimmed glass and garnish.
