Shipping and delivery
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of confirmation (cutoff: 3:00 PM). From dispatch:
- Metro Manila: 2–3 business days
- Rest of Luzon: 3–10 business days
Delivery timelines may vary depending on order volume, weather, and courier conditions.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
What areas do you deliver to?
We currently deliver directly within Metro Manila and Luzon only. You may request a quotation for Visayas/Mindanao orders but expect different lead times.
How much is the delivery fee?
Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your address and order weight.
Special shipping rates apply upon checkout for orders >11kg.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept COD.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
None.
Can I request an official receipt?
Yes. Official receipts are issued upon request. Email foodsolutions@centurypacific.com.ph with your order number to request one.
Products
Are all Century Pacific Food, Inc. products available for sale?
You may add items readily available for checkout in your cart in the Shop page. You may request a quotation for all other items in Our Brands and Products page.
Feel free to also request a quotation for orders to be shipped in Visayas/Mindanao!
Do you only sell in cases?
Yes, all our items are sold in cases only. The number of packs in each case is reflected in your cart or in each product page.
