Procedure

How to cook it.

  1. Cook the meats

In a pan heat oil and add in the unMeat Giniling. Saute for 2 minutes under medium heat and then add in the burger patties and saute for another minute. Add in the luncheon meat and saute for another 2 minutes. Remove from the pan and set aside.

  2. Start the sauce

In the same pan, heat 2 tbsp oil and saute the onion then the garlic until aromatic, about 1 to 2 minutes. Add in the sliced mushrooms and saute for an additional minute. Add in the diced tomatoes and mix well.

  3. Simmer the sauce

Add in the rest of the ingredients for the tomato sauce. Set heat to low and simmer for 25 minutes, mixing every few minutes to prevent the bottom from sticking.

  4. Enrich the sauce

Add in the grated parmesan cheese and Angel Evaporada. Simmer for 1 minute. Season with salt and pepper.

  5. Combine

Combine the sauce with the meats. Simmer for 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  6. Assemble the melt

To serve: take 180 grams of pasta and reheat in hot water. Reheat 215 to 220 grams of sauce in a pan and toss in the reheated pasta noodles. Arrange the tossed pasta in a casserole or bake-proof skillet. Top with 10 grams parmesan cheese. Dot with 20 grams cream cheese. Top with a combination of 80 grams mozzarella cheese and 20 grams cheddar cheese.

  7. Bake and serve

Bake at 450 degrees F for 5 minutes or until the cheese is golden and bubbly. Makes 7 servings.
