14.3 g Cooking oil
1 piece White onion, medium
3 g Garlic, minced
1 piece Sili, green
To simmer & finish
200 g Kalabasa, cube-sized
0.50 cup Hot water
1 tali Sitaw, cut in 1" length
200 g Coco Mama Fresh Gata
28.3 g Patis (fish sauce)
Salt and pepper
Procedure

How to cook it.

  1. Saute aromatics

    Heat oil in a pan. Saute onion, garlic and green sili.

  2. Add unMeat

    Add unMeat Giniling and saute for another 1 minute.

  3. Add kalabasa

    Add kalabasa, saute for 1 to 2 minutes.

  4. Simmer the kalabasa

    Add water and simmer for 3 to 5 minutes, or until kalabasa is tender.

  5. Add sitaw

    Add sitaw and simmer for 2 to 3 minutes.

  6. Pour the gata

    Add gata and let the mixture blend well.

  7. Season

    Add patis, salt and pepper to taste.

  8. Serve

    Serve warm.
