How to cook it.

Brew the tea
Brew tea by boiling water and then steeping the tea bag for about 5 to 8 minutes. Set aside.

Layer the bits
In a tall glass, fill the bottom with mango boba, then top with nata de coco and finally with sago. Set aside.

Shake the tea
Combine brewed tea, syrup, salt and Coco Mama with ice in a shaker and shake vigorously.

Assemble the glass
Place shaken tea on the glass with bits and top with ice.

Garnish and serve
Garnish with fresh mango bits and a fanned mango slice. Makes 1 serving.
