15.62 g Flour
15 g Cornstarch
20.75 g Cheese, grated
8 g Seasoning granules
32.5 g Medium singkamas, diced
32 g Medium carrot, diced
25 g Green onion, diced
1 g Salt
0.5 g Pepper
To wrap
20 pcs Lumpia wrapper (extra pieces in case they break while handling)
Procedure

How to cook it.

  1. Mix the filling

    Mix all ingredients together (except for the lumpia wrapper) and mix thoroughly.

  2. Roll the lumpia

    Roll about 1 tablespoon of the mixture in the lumpia wrapper, ensuring the sides are tucked in, and the ends properly sealed with cornstarch and water.

  3. Freeze or cook

    This can be frozen for keeping (1 month) or cooked right away if consuming immediately.

  4. Fry and serve

    If frozen, you can cook directly from frozen state. Serve with the dipping sauce of your choice. Century Tuna can be replaced with Century Quality Bangus Tinapa (1 pc, frozen fish) or the Spicy Tinapa canned product (2 pcs).
