15 g Blue curacao
30 g Orange juice, unsweetened or fresh (2 tbsp)
60 g Vita Coco Coconut Water (4 tbsp) View product
2.5 g Pure calamansi juice (1 tsp)
60 g Lemon-lime soda, to top off (1/4 cup+), as needed
100 g Ice
Procedure

How to cook it.

  1. Mix the citrus base

    Combine blue curacao, orange juice and calamansi juice.

  2. Pour the base

    Place the mixture on the bottom of the glass.

  3. Add ice

    Top with ice.

  4. Float the coconut water

    With a barspoon, gently top with coconut water.

  5. Top with soda

    Top with soda water.

  6. Garnish and serve

    Garnish with an orange wheel and cherry.
