What you'll need.

How to cook it.

Saute the vegetables
In a hot pan, saute onion and garlic in hot oil. Add potato and carrots until they are soft. Add salt and pepper to taste. Take off heat.

Mix the filling
When slightly cooked, mix with Argentina Giniling and eggs. Mix well.

Cook the torta
In a hot pan, add a bit of oil and about 1/4 cup of the mixture. Cook both sides for 1 minute. Repeat until all the mixture is used up. Makes 6 pieces.
